Data and trust
Below 100 % means the source sometimes fails or times out. The newest good data is still shown with its date. A low rate on a critical Koh Samui source (weather, sea, rain) is worth watching: when it fails for too long, the Samui level turns "Unknown" rather than pretending all is calm.
95-100 %: reliable. 70-95 %: occasional failures, usually a slow provider. Below 70 %: check the error column and the provider's site.
