Limits. Bulletins are in Thai and summarised; the app detects keywords, so read the bulletin itself when it matters.
No Gulf wave warning: ok. Wave warning for the Gulf: caution. 'Small boats should stay ashore' or waves of 3 m or more: blocked. Andaman-Sea-only warnings do not count.
The TMD is the official source that ferry operators and the port authorities follow.
